Process
I wanted to list out some common answers to questions concerning my process.
Either by email/aim or phone I like to discuss your project in detail. We will go over exactly what you’re looking for.
I will send you a proposal which will have a list of terms/deliverables, you will be able to make comments and give your feedback to insure the project scope is correct.
Once the estimate is approved I will send you an invoice for the deposit. I require 50% of the estimate to start the project and the balance upon completion. CCs are accepted or check.
I will set up your project in my project management area. I will continue to keep open communication throughout the process to insure it fits your needs properly.
After the project is complete and final payment is rendered, I deliver files. The final step in the process will involve either launching the new website or handing over the final PSDs.
A support area is set up for your project in the project management where you can receive free support for 30 days after the project is completed.
